Since Michelle & Steve took over The Mousetrap Inn in Summer 2022, their main priority has been to work together with the Cotswold community, using locally sourced food and products, to make the 'Trap' a favourite haunt of locals and tourists alike.
Along this journey they've been supported by a fabulous team of staff who are the heart & soul of the business.
With ambitious plans for both the short and long term, they are always on the lookout for talented, confident & personable staff to join the team.
Restaurant
Sitting within our 19th Century Inn is a 62 cover restaurant with a cosy warming feel we aim to provide you with hearty british classics as well as a variety of our chef's signature special dishes. Run by a close knit team giving you a professional service to give our guests. With a polite, friendly & charismatic front of house staff.
Management
Our Management team has a vast amount of experience offering developmental programs for junior management staff in starting a career in hospitality.
