Our small team of talented chefs create delicious dishes, with a focus on working with local suppliers to source sustainable produce and reducing food wastage while doing justice to the brilliance of the Cotswold larder.
Our Head Chef Marcin and his team champion the quality of Gloucestershire beef, poultry and game from local estates and cheeses from some of Britain's best dairy farms.
As we do source our ingredients locally, our menu's are subject to change.

We are truly thrilled to announce the re-opening of our restaurant from October 2023.
Our kitchen team have been incredibly busy putting together our Autumn offer.
So without further ado, please feast your eyes on our delicious new Autumn Daily & Sunday menus.
As we use the very best of locally sourced ingredients, our menus are subject to change pending their availability.

Booking a Table
The Mousetrap Inn restaurant is open daily (Mon to Sat) for lunch between 12pm - 2.30pm and dinner between 5.30pm - 8.30pm.
On Sunday, our extended lunch service runs between 12pm - 7pm.
Please note we keep an allocation of tables available for walk-ins on the day so do pop by and we will always try our best to accommodate you.
However, we strongly recommended that you reserve a table in advance.

Reservations are planned & prepared for many days ahead of the actual booking date itself, both in terms of staff rotas and food purchasing and preparation. The restaurant's continued viability relies on reservations being honoured by our customers, and adequate notice being given of any changes or cancellations. Accordingly, the terms and conditions in the link below applies to all group bookings of 8+
How we work
We are able to seat a specific number of guests during service but we are only able to accommodate so many guests within a 90 minute booking window in order to ensure that you receive the best level of service from us.
As such, we respectfully ask that you are ready to be seated at the time of your reservation.
Should you arrive after your booking time, we may need to hold you back to a later time to ensure the best possible level of service to all our guests.
Should you arrive more than 30 minutes after your booking time without forewarning, then you may lose your table to another group.
It is essential that we are notified of any specific dietary requirements prior to your visit to ensure that we can cater for you appropriately. If you have not informed us at the point of booking, please contact the restaurant to discuss your requirements with a member of our team.
Tables are allocated on the day by the restaurant team and although we will do everything we reasonably can to allocate a table in your preferred area of the dining room, we cannot always guarantee this.
We take reservations for indoors only. Outdoor tables are allocated on the day of the booking, weather permitting.
Order Breakfast
We serve breakfast to all between 8am & 10am 7 days a week. Either join us in the restaurant for a sit down breakfast or if you are in a rush, feel free to do click & collect through our ordering app.
