Now pouring Hawkstone: wildthing lager

There’s a new addition to the taps at The Mousetrap…

We’re now pouring Hawkstone Wildthing, a limited-edition 4.6% lager created in collaboration with Wildfarmed, the regenerative farming pioneers. We’re one of a select few pubs offering Wildthing.

Wildthing is a beer with a story rooted in British farming. It’s made using Wildfarmed barley, grown using regenerative farming methods that work with nature and focus on building healthier soils, bringing together Hawkstone’s brewing expertise with Wildfarmed’s approach to agriculture.

The result is a crisp, clean and easy-drinking lager that’s made for a proper pint – whether you’re joining us for lunch, meeting friends for a drink or settling in after a day exploring the Cotswolds.

We love that Wildthing connects great beer with farming, nature and looking after the land – values that feel right at home here at The Mousetrap.

And, of course, there’s something rather fitting about pouring a Hawkstone beer here in the Cotswolds, with the microbrewery just down the road in Bourton-on-the-Water.
